NOTICE The Construction Transformation Charter Group and the Department of Public Works propose to submit a Section 9 Code of Good Practice Application in terms of Section 9 of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 to the Department of Trade and Industry before the expiry of the transition period namely 31 August 2008.
